Sustainability in Aviation Program

As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Gulf Air Group (GFG) and INJAZ Bahrain, and in collaboration with Boeing, the Sustainability in Aviation Program was delivered to equip high school and university students with the knowledge and skills to lead sustainability efforts in the aviation sector. 

The program introduced key concepts of sustainable practices in aviation, corporate social responsibility, strategies to reduce environmental impact, and the shift towards renewable energy sources. Students also engaged in real-world case studies, guided by six mentors, and presented their innovative ideas through a two-minute pitch to a panel of three judges. 

This initiative underscores GFG’s commitment to supporting education, innovation, and sustainability while empowering future leaders to drive positive changes in the aviation industry.
